General Tso's Beef with Vegetables
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 lb. shredded beef
- 1/2 lb. mixed stir fry vegetables
- 1/4 cup Iron Chef General Tso's Sauce
- 3 cups of cooked rice
- Heat oil in skillet and stir fry beef.
- Add vegetables and stir fry until lightly steamed.
- Add General Tso's sauce until all ingredients are evenly coated (about 30 seconds).
- Serve with white rice.
